  • Contact form and quotation request: name, email address, telephone number, canton or region, and the content of your message.
  • Newsletter subscription: email address, when you sign up voluntarily.
  • Direct communication: the information you share with us by email, telephone or WhatsApp.

  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, date and time of the visit, recorded in the server logs and by our security tools.
  • Cookies: small files needed for the website to function and to remember your preferences (see section 4).

  • WhatsApp (Meta): if you contact us via the WhatsApp link, the communication is subject to Meta's terms.

Some providers (for example Mailchimp and Google) may process data in the United States. These transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses and recognised certification mechanisms, in order to ensure an adequate level of protection.

  • Contact enquiries and quotations: up to three years after the last exchange.
  • Newsletter subscription: until you unsubscribe.
  • Accounting documents: in accordance with the statutory retention periods (ten years in Switzerland).
  • Security logs: a few months at most.
